EMPLOYEES OF DENR NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION UNDERGO TRAINING IN ENR FRONTLINE COURSE
 
26 employees of DENR National Capital Region undergo training in Environment and Natural Resources (ENR) Frontline Course as part of the regional office’s continuing efforts to improve public service delivery and performance of its core functions.
The learning event was led by the Human Resources Development Section (HRDS) and Personnel Section under the guidance of the Assistant Regional Director for Management Services, Manuel T. Escasura, MNSA. It was held last August 23-27 at Ciudad Christia in San Mateo, Rizal.
The ENR Frontline Course is the 1st track under the ENR Academy program being implemented by the DENR through the HRDS. It aims to equip the participants with knowledge of the programs, priority projects, and frontline services of DENR, as well as orient them on proper handling and resolution of client requests and complaints.
The ENRA is a specialized program designed for DENR employees to get the best transfer of technical knowledge and skills. Other programs offered in the academy are Basic, Supervisory, Managerial, and Executive Courses.
