Regional Executive Director Jacqueline A. Caancan joins Manila Water Services, Inc. in its celebration of Earth Day in Balara, Quezon City on Friday, 22 April 2022.
Director Caancan was among the guest speakers at the event entitled “Lakbay Kalikasan: Hike and Bike for Nature”. She discussed the importance of watershed protection to UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6 on Clean Water and Sanitation and assured everyone of DENR National Capital Region’s support in the protection and preservation of the La Mesa Water Reservation area and the water resources of Metro Manila.
