The DENR National Capital Region through its North Field Office (NFO) Estero rangers resume the conduct of cleanup operations in different waterways of the Caloocan-Malabon-Navotas-Valenzuela (CAMANAVA) area in line with the Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program.
The NFO has since redeployed Estero Rangers to their assigned waterways following the shift back to General Community Quarantine (GCQ) in the NCR+ bubble to conduct cleanups in coordination with their respective barangays while strictly observing COVID-19 health protocols.
The DENR NCR, in line with the continuing Mandamus of the Supreme Court, is leading efforts to clean and rehabilitate rivers and esteros that are connected directly into Manila Bay.
