DENR National Capital Region on the 2019 Adopt-an-Estero/Waterbody Program Congress

DENR National Capital Region Regional Executive Director Jacqueline A. Caancan, CESO III, delivers her message to participants of the 2019 Adopt-an-Estero/Waterbody Program Congress on Wednesday, 11 December 2019.

RED Caancan thanked the estero adoptors for their continued support to the program and underscored the important role of the private sector in the success of the #BattleForManilaBay.

DENR-NCR Assistant Regional Director for Manila Bay, Dr. Eva. S. Ocfemia, CESO IV on the other hand discussed the rationale of the congress and the need to strengthen the program. EMB-NCR Regional Director Atty. Domingo M. Clemente, Jr. for his part, said that the cleanup and rehabilitation of Manila Bay is a collective effort of all stakeholders.
