DENR National Capital Region joins the forum at Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)

DENR National Capital Region Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services, Engr. Ignacio R. Almira, Jr. delivers the Key Note Address to the forum organized by the Human Resource Student Society of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) on Monday, 16 December 2019.

In keeping with the theme of the learning event, ARD Almira shed light on the decreasing "green space" of Metro Manila and its impact to the more than 12 million residents. He encouraged the participants to help DENR in greening the Metro and enhancing urban biodiversity and ecology.
