DENR National Capital Region honors four (4) retirees in a Salamat Mabuhay Program held on Monday, 9 January 2023, in Quezon City.
Three of the newly retired employees are from the Conservation and Development Division (CDD). They are Felix Ramon Jasmin, Forest Technician I; Ruben Prendol, Administrative Aide III; and Forester Carlito P. Castañeda, Development Management Officer IV. The lone female retiree, meanwhile, is Ms. Lotta Cabigas, Administrative Assistant III from the Planning and Management Division (PMD). Regional Executive Director Jacqueline A. Caancan, Assistant Regional Directors Manuel T. Escasura (Management Services), and Engr. Ignacio R. Almira, Jr. (Technical Services), Administrative Division Chief Jan S. Bautista, CDD Chief Aida E. Esguerra, and OIC PMD Chief Albina Pineda, led the number of co-workers and friends who gathered to say their goodbyes and well wishes to the retirees.
The conduct of the “Salamat, Mabuhay Program” is mandated by the Civil Service Commission through a Memorandum Circular No. 7, series of 1998.
