The DENR National Capital Region led by Regional Executive Director Jacqueline A. Caancan and Assistant Regional Director for Management Services, Dr. Al O. Oroflo, facilitated a combined face-to-face and virtual oathtaking ceremony for twelve (12) newly appointed and promoted employees of the regional office on Monday, 24 May 2021.
Eight (8) newly appointed employees and four (4) newly promoted employees took their oath of office administered by Director Caancan through videoconferencing app while Assistant Director Orolfo facilitated onsite together with Atty. Alvin Joseph G. Constantino, Chief of the Licenses, Patents and Deeds Division (LPDD) and Engr. Lina L. Mirandilla, Chief of the Surveys and Mapping Division (SMD).
Director Caancan said that she is hopeful that the newly appointed employees of DENR National Capital Region will be more than willing to embrace the organization’s mantra of “aiming for Number 1” while the newly promoted employees will strive to “better their best.”
