The learning activity was organized and conducted by the HRDS under the Administrative Division in order to aim in orienting heads of the different divisions, sections and units of the regional office.

Atty. Joseph G. Constantino, Licenses, Patents and Deeds Division (LPDD) chief and concurrent Chief Environmental Officer of DENR-NCR West Field Office (WFO) stands as the resource person. Atty. Constantino related to the participants the importance of developing their skills as coach in helping their subordinates to achieve their full potential.

Coaching helps an individual to recognize that they need to develop their raw talent with a new skill either to more effectively reach career goals.  Mentoring helps in motivating to use greater knowledge and understanding of the work to support the development of the less experienced colleague.
