Members of Junji Youth Organization, Tawid Sapa II Youth Organization, Bistek Ville Youth organization, KEY Organization, Clemente Youth Organization, Franville Youth Organization, Looban Youth Organization, Zabarte Road 28 Youth Organization listen intently to DENR National Capital Region’s Regional Strategic Communication and Initiatives Group (RSCIG) representative Mara Ivana Alcaraz as she delivers a lecture on the State of Manila Bay and Republic Act 9003 or the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000.
The regional office was invited by the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay Kaligayahan in Quezon City to talk about the environmental issues facing Metro Manila and the role of youth in addressing these issues. As part of its environmental advocacy program, DENR National Capital Region welcomes invitations from public and private organizations on the conduct of face-to-face and online or hybrid learning activities.
