DENR National Capital Region, through its Manila Bay Site Coordinating Management Office (MBSCMO), conducted a cleanup at the northwest portion of Baseco Beach in Barangay 649, Port Area Manila on Thursday, 13 October 2022.
Participating in the activity are personnel from the Legal Division (LD), Surveys and Mapping Division (SMD), Administrative Division (AD), Manila Bay Survey Team, and Metropolitan Environmental Office-West (MEO-West). The effort resulted in the recovery of 100 sacks of assorted wastes and water hyacinths from the beachfront.
