DENR National Capital Region, through its Regional Strategic Communication and Initiatives Group (RSCIG), conducted a workshop on Environmental Module Development for the information officers of its four (4) Metropolitan Environmental Offices (MEOs). The activity aims to produce standardized learning modules using the Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) model for its Communication, Education, and Public Awareness (CEPA) activities in relation to the Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program.
In addition to the information officers, the planning officers, directors, and deputy directors of the four MEOs and representatives from the Manila Bay Site Coordinating Management Office (MBSCMO), participated in the learning event. Assistant Regional Director for Management Services Manuel T. Escasura, graced the event and offered his insights on the direction of CEPA for Manila Bay.
