Civil Service Commission Executives commend frontline officers of the DENR National Capital Region. Three (3) frontline officers of the DENR National Capital Region received a note from a top Civil Service official on Friday, 3 July 2020, commending them for their “prompt action” and “courtesy” in dealing with clients.
The 3 officers are (from left) Mr. Jerome G. Garingarao of the Licenses, Patents, and Deeds Division (LPDD), Ms. Norma S. Caballa, and Ms. Whilma Joie M. Aquino, both from the Surveys and Mapping Division (SMD). The officers handle frontline client relations following the establishment of the regional office’s Online Appointment and Queuing System to better serve the public even observing strict public health protocols.
The CSC official, who withheld his true identity during his visits to the office was impressed by the efficient and courteous assistance of the frontline officers, commending the whole office as it gave him “more reason to be a proud public servant.”
The regional office rewarded the frontline officers with Certificates of Commendation signed by DENR-NCR Regional Executive Director Jacqueline A. Caancan and Assistant Regional Director Al O. Orolfo during the expanded Executive Committee meeting held earlier today, 6 July 2020, via a videoconferencing application.
