Frontline Services and Basic ENR Course Graduation Ceremonies

Seventy seven (77) DENR National Capital Region employees took center stage today, 03 October 2019, as they received their Certificates on Frontline Services and Basic ENR Course from no less than DENR Assistant Secretary for Human Resource Development, Information Systems and Legislative Affairs Joan A. Lagunda, D.M. In her message, Asec. Lagunda advised the graduates on the importance of pursuing further education, especially on the efficient and effective administration of our environment and natural resources in light of the challenges posed by climate change and resource degradation. DENR NCR Regional Executive Director Jacqueline A. Caancan, for her part, commended the graduates for their dedication and active participation. She was careful however to remind the graduates that the overall goal of the program is to hone employees that embody the core values of DENR and to transform the regional office into a top performing government organization. DENR NCR Assistant Regional Director for Management Services Gwendolyn C. Bambalan was likewise thankful that the program was a success as this has been her goal when she attended the Training of Trainors at the ENR Academy in Carranglan, Nueva Ecija. Witnessing the event are the division and section chiefs of the graduates as well as the resource speakers of the course.
